We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for 13 nights. The location was perfect, conveniently situated between the airport and the port. We had easy access to transportation with taxis readily available within 5 minutes. the hotel's proximity to the beach and three large shopping malls made it even more convenient. The staff was amazing, displaying professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the excellent restaurant and the clean and well-maintained spa and pool facilities. we were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, transportation options, and location.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and excellent service. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. the Spa & Wellness center is one of the best we've experienced, with a great indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. the massage and steam room were also fantastic. the restaurant and bar area had a great atmosphere, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional.
The only minor issue was a lack of halal food options in the restaurant. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a truly luxurious experience.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that cater to all your needs. the service is exceptional with polite and helpful staff. the Spa & wellness centre is top-notch with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offer delicious halal food with a wide variety of options. the buffet breakfast is generous and satisfying. the private facilities are exclusive and add to the overall experience.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the steam room which was not functioning properly. this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
